About Ersland Touch

Rick Ersland, founder of Ersland Touch Landscape, LLC knew that with hard work, dedication and exemplary customer service he would have a successful landscape business. Rick has worked to increase his business expertise, first earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and finally a MBA (Masters in Business Administration) Degree from Arizona State University.

Lori Ersland founded Ersland Touch Landscape with Rick in 1984. In addition, she worked in the banking industry until joining Ersland Touch Landscape fulltime in 1996. Lori brings her expertise in Office Management, Marketing and Customer Service.

Erik grew up working for Ersland Touch Landscape. As a young boy, he would accompany different crews and learned the basics of landscape maintenance. Erik attended college on the East coast and worked in the financial industry in Boston for a number of years. In 2003, Erik joined Ersland Touch Landscape where he is a Co-owner. Along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Erik is also a Certified Chemical Applicator.

Adam has been working with Ersland Touch Landscape since he was a young boy learning all aspects of the landscape industry. After completing high school, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Northern Arizona University. Thereafter, he worked in the banking industry for several years before joining Ersland Touch Landscape fulltime in 2006. Adam is always focused on being pro-active and providing high levels of communication with our customers, which is the main key to all successful relationships. He is also a Co-owner of Ersland Touch Landscape and a Certified Chemical Applicator. Adam lives in Phoenix and enjoys spending time with his wife and twins (boy & girl).
